Finjagården is a treatment center offering small-scale, highly specialized treatment for individuals with personality disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities, depression, substance abuse, self-harm behaviors, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. We also conduct psychiatric assessments.

Our treatment methods include CBT, DBT, ACT Matrix, PE, and EMDR, and we work from a biopsychosocial perspective.

Your profile:

• Educated as a treatment assistant, treatment educator, or social pedagogue with a few years of experience in similar work.
• Experience with methods such as DBT and/or CBT, as well as MI (Motivational Interviewing), is considered an asset.
• Good ability to regulate emotions and handle stressful situations.
• Professional demeanor with insight into the distinction between personal and private life.
• Self-confidence to make decisions.
• Good documentation skills.
• Flexible working style.
• Good self-awareness and openness to actively working on personal development.
• Willingness and curiosity to be part of a learning organization.
• Responsible.

Other details:

The position is full-time (100%).
